Yoga Minis | Lunging Lizard

Join me today at Minimus Tiny House to help keep those hips healthy and strong. This week’s Yoga Mini is called Lunging Lizard. This is a wonderful sequence for cranky hips, stretching the groin, hip flexors, the hamstrings, and the quadriceps. This little sequence can help to improve the flexibility of your hip ligaments and strengthen the muscles in your legs. Since the hip and pelvis area are our foundation, moving the hips through their full range of motion helps to ensure the hips remain healthy and strong.
